Privilege of Comptroller.
|
12.—Utterances made by the Comptroller, or an officer of the Comptroller, for the purpose of the performance of the functions of the Comptroller, shall be absolutely privileged and such utterances and documents, or records, in any form prepared by the Comptroller or an officer of the Comptroller for the purpose of such performance shall be absolutely privileged wherever and however published.
