Amendment of Schedule to Bail Act, 1997 .

16.— The Schedule to the Bail Act, 1997 , is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph 25 of the following paragraph:

“25. Any offence under the Offences against the State Acts, 1939 to 1998.”.
