SECOND SCHEDULE
Official Agencies
|
|
|
Section 2 .
|
|
|
Each of the following shall be an official agency for the purposes of this Act:
|
|
|
the Director of Consumer Affairs,
|
|
|
a health board,
|
|
|
a local authority,
|
|
|
the Minister for Agriculture and Food,
|
|
|
the Minister for Health and Children,
|
|
|
the Minister for the Environment and Local Government,
|
|
|
the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources,
|
|
|
the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland,
|
|
|
the State Laboratory.
