Amendment of Freedom of Information Act, 1997 .

135.—The Freedom of Information Act, 1997 , is hereby amended in the Third Schedule thereto by the addition to Part I at the end thereof—

(a) in column (1), of “No. 39 of 1997”,

(b) in column (2), of “Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 ”, and

(c) in column (3), of “Section 857”.
