EXPLANATORY NOTE

The purpose of this Order is to declare the United States of America as a designated jurisdiction for the purposes of the 1994 Act. It replaces an Order made last year designating each constituent state of the USA. rather than the USA itself, as designated jurisdictions for the purposes of the 1994 Act. This is being done to reflect changes in US legislation.
