CENTRAL BANK ACT, 1997 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1997

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Central Bank Act, 1997 (No. 8 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank Act, 1997 (Commencement) Order, 1997.

2. The Central Bank Act, 1997 , shall come into operation on the 9th day of April, 1997.
