CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 47 (1)) ORDER, 1997

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 47 (1)) Order, 1997.

2. The Republic of Hungary is hereby designated for the purposes of section 47 (1) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 .
