Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) (Amendment) Act, 1997

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Principal Act” means the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act, 1921;

“a tribunal” means a tribunal to which the Principal Act is applied under section 1 of that Act.
