Indemnification of certain persons.

11.—(1) Where the Authority is satisfied that a person to whom this section applies has discharged the duties appropriate to that person in relation to the functions of the Authority in a bona fide manner, it shall indemnify that person against all actions or claims however so arising in respect of the discharge by that person of those duties.

(2) This section applies to—

(a) the Chairperson,

(b) an ordinary member of the Council,

(c) an ordinary director of the Executive Board,

(d) an employee of the Authority, and

(e) a person whose services are provided to the Authority under section 37 .
