ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1996

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1996.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise and Employment conferred on the Minister by or under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order and under any instrument made under any such Act, are hereby delegated to Eithne Fitzgerald, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise and Employment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
