UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, DUBLIN (EXTENSION OF TERM OF OFFICE OF GOVERNING BODY) ORDER, 1996

WHEREAS the Governing Body of University College, Dublin, has applied for this Order:

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the University Colleges Act, 1940 (No. 30 of 1940), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the University College, Dublin (Extension of Term of Office of Governing Body) Order, 1996.

2. It is hereby declared that the term of office of the members in office on the date of this Order of the Governing Body of University College, Dublin, shall be extended until the 31st day of January, 1998.
