COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (SECTION 21) ORDER, 1996.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Section 21) Order, 1996.

2. The First Schedule to the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), is hereby amended by the addition thereto of "County Enterprise Boards (that is to say, the bodies specified in the Schedule to the Industrial Development Act, 1995 (No. 28 of 1995))".
