29.—The copyright of format and content of any Irish Standard Specification or other publication of the Authority shall vest exclusively in the Authority and any person who, without the written authorisation of the Authority, publishes, reproduces or records in any manner or form, any document or part thereof in respect of which copyright vests in the Authority shall, subject to section 30 (3), be guilty of an offence. |
