Alteration of memorandum and articles of association of certain bodies.

10.—Where a body to which this Act applies was incorporated under the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1990, or under any previous Act relating to the incorporation of companies, it shall take such steps as may be necessary under the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1990, to alter its memorandum and articles of association to make them consistent with this Act.
