Application.

22.—This Act shall apply without prejudice to—

(a) the Protection of Employment Act, 1977 , as amended,

(b) the European Communities (Safeguarding of Employees' Rights on Transfer of Undertakings) Regulations, 1980 (S.I. No. 306 of 1980).
