EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (SEED OF FODDER PLANTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 66/401/EEC of 14 June, 1966(1) (as amended in the manner specified in Regulation 2 (2) of the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1981 ) as inserted by the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 259 of 1986 ) (as amended by the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1987 ( S.I. No. 171 of 1987 ) European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 161 of 1988 ) European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1989 ( S.I. No. 173 of 1989 ) European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 ( S.I. No. 214 of 1990 ) European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 230 of 1993 ) and European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 212 of 1994 ) ), hereby make the following Regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 and shall come into operation on the 25th day of August 1995.

(2) The European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations, 1981 to 1994, and these Regulations may be cited together as the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations, 1981 to 1995 and shall be construed together as one.

2. (1) In these Regulations—

"the Principal Regulations" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations, 1981 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1981 );

"the Regulations of 1986" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 259 of 1986 );

"the Regulations of 1987" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1987 ( S.I. No. 171 of 1987 );

"the Regulations of 1988" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1988 ( S.I. No. 161 of 1988 );

"the Regulations of 1989" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1989 ( S.I. No. 173 of 1989 );

"the Regulations of 1990" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1990 ( S.I. No. 214 of 1990 );

"the Regulations of 1991" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1991 ( S.I. No. 179 of 1991 );

"the Regulations of 1992" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1992 ( S.I. No. 234 of 1992 );

"the Regulations of 1993" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1993 ( S.I. No. 230 of 1993 );

"the Regulations of 1994" means the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 212 of 1994 );

3. Regulations 20 (inserted by the Regulations of 1986) of the Principal Regulations (as amended by the Regulations of 1987 to 1994) is hereby amended as follows:

( a ) by the substitution for the entry in Part A (which is headed "Certification Fees") of the following entry:
