S.I. No. 184/1995 - Finance Act, 1994 (Commencement of Sections 93 and 96 (A)) Order 1995

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 166 (9) (d) of the Finance Act, 1994 (No. 13 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1994 (Commencement of Sections 93 and 96 (a)) Order, 1995.

2. The 7th day of July, 1995 is hereby appointed as the date on which section 93 and 96 (a) of the Finance Act, 1994 (No. 13 of 1994), shall take effect.
