CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT, 1994 (SECTION 32 (10) (b)) REGULATIONS, 1995.

I, NORA OWEN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (10) (b) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), following consultation with the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 (Section 32 (10) (b)) Regulations, 1995.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 2nd day of May, 1995.

3. The acceptance of deposits and other repayable funds from the public is hereby prescribed as an activity to which section 32 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 shall apply.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe the acceptance of deposits and other repayable funds from the public as an activity to which section 32 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act, 1994 applies.
