I, MERVYN TAYLOR, T.D., Minister for Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 (No. 2 of 1995), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 (Commencement) Order, 1995. |
||
|
2. The 20th day of March, 1995 is hereby appointed as the day upon which the Adoptive Leave Act, 1995 , shall come into operation. |
||
