Short title, collective citation and construction. |
7.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1995. | |||||||||||||
(2) (a) The Licensing Acts, 1833 to 1994, and this Act, other than section 5 (2), may be cited together as the Licensing Acts, 1833 to 1995, and shall be construed together as one. | ||||||||||||||
(b) The Registration of Clubs Acts, 1904 to 1988, and section 5 (2) of this Act may be cited together as the Registration of Clubs Acts, 1904 to 1995, and shall be construed together as one. | ||||||||||||||
