NATIONAL MILK AGENCY (ELECTION DAY) ORDER, 1994.

I, IVAN YATES, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 5 (2) of the Schedule to the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 and any and every other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day) Order, 1994.

2. The 22nd day of November 1995 is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the National Milk Agency.
