INVESTMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT, 1994 (AUTHORISATION FEE) REGULATIONS, 1994.

The Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 8 (4) of the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (No. 24 of 1994), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 (Authorisation Fee) Regulations, 1994.

2. An amount of £1,000 is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 8 (4) of the Investment Limited Partnerships Act, 1994 .
