LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1994 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER, 1994

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by
section 1
(9) of the
Local Government Act, 1994
(No. 8 of 1994), hereby orders as follows—
1. This Order may be cited as the
Local Government Act, 1994
(Commencement) (No, 3) Order, 1994.
2. Sections 31,35,65 and 68 (1) of and the Fourth Schedule to the
Local Government Act, 1994
shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1994.
3. Section 4 (1) of and the First Schedule to the
Local Government Act, 1994
shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1994 to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Order.
