S.I. No. 306/1994:

EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANIES) (FORMS) REGULATIONS, 1994.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Enterprise and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Directive No. 89/667/EEC of 21 December, 1989 ⁽¹⁾ hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) (Forms) Regulations, 1994.

2. In these Regulations "the 1994 Single Member Regulations" means the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 275 of 1994 ).

3. The form set out in Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations, or a form to like effect, is hereby prescribed for the purposes of Regulations 5 of the 1994 Single-Member Regulations with such variations as circumstances require.

4. The form set out in Part 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations, or a form to like effect, is hereby prescribed for the purposes of Regulations 6 of the 1994 Single-Member Regulations with such variations as circumstances require.
