COMPTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL (SECTION 21) ORDER, 1994.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 21 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Section 21) Order, 1994.

2. In this order, "the Act" means the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1993 (No. 8 of 1993).

3. The Second Schedule to the Act is hereby amended by the addition of the Central Bank of Ireland to the list of persons excluded from application of sections 8 and 9 of the Act.
