Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1993

Repeal of section 3 of Broadcasting Act, 1990.

3.—(1) Section 3 of the Broadcasting Act, 1990 , is hereby repealed.

(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1992.
