FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (NO. 1) ORDER, 1992 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1992.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 1) Order, 1992 (Revocation) Order, 1992.

2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 1) Order, 1992 ( S.I. No. 232 of 1992 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
