CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (VARIATION OF LIMITS) ORDER, 1992.

I, MÁIRE GEOGHEGAN-QUINN, Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1991, ( S.I. No. 25 of 1991 ), and with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Variation of Limits) Order, 1992.

(2) The Customs-free Airport (Limits) Orders, 1947 to 1988, and this Order may be cited together as the Customs-free Airport (Limits) Orders, 1947 to 1992.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of April, 1992.

3. In this Order "the 1992 map" means the map annexed hereto.

4. The Customs-free Airport Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O., No. 114 of 1947 ), shall have effect as if paragraph (1) of Article 5, in lieu of declaring the land referred to in Article 4 (b) of the Customs-free Airport (Variation of Limits) Order 1979 ( S.I. No. 181 of 1979 ) to be the Customs-free Airport for the purposes of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), declared the land enclosed within the following limits to be the Customs-free Airport for the said purposes, namely the areas enclosed by red lines and marked A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 A6 A7 A8 A9 A10 A11 A12 A13 A14 A15 A16 A17 A18 A19 on the 1992 map.
