STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1992.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1992.

2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 , is hereby amended by the addition of "Waterford Harbour Commissioners" to the bodies specified in the second column and the insertion in the third column of "£10,000,000" in respect of that body.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order enables the guaranteeing by the State, pursuant to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 , of borrowings by Waterford Harbour Commissioners up to a maximum of £10,000,000.
