I, SEAMUS BRENNAN, Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 7 (2) of the B & I Line Act, 1991 (No. 29 of 1991), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the B & I Line Act, 1991 (Section 7) (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 31st day of January, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 7 of the B & I Line Act, 1991 (No. 29 of 1991), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order, made by the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications, appoints the 31st day of January, 1992 as the day on which Section 7 of the B & I Line Act, 1991 (No. 29 of 1991), comes into effect.
