Regulations.

12.—(1) The Minister may make regulations in relation to all or any of the following matters—

(a) the modification or adaptation of any provision of the Land Purchase Acts;

(b) the performance of any functions transferred to the Minister by this Act;

(c) the transfer of any property, rights and liabilities and the closing of any accounts, where any such transfer is in the opinion of the Minister necessary by reason of any provision of this Act.

(2) Every regulation made under this section shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as may be after it is made and, if a resolution annulling the regulation is passed by either such House within the next subsequent 21 days on which that House has sat after the regulation is laid before it, the regulation shall be annulled accordingly, but without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder.
