ICC Bank Act, 1992

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“the Act of 1971” means the Industrial Credit (Amendment) Act, 1971 ;

“the Central Bank” means the Central Bank of Ireland;

“the Company” means ICC Bank public limited company;

“the Principal Act” means the Industrial Credit Act, 1933 .
