Membership of colleges.
|
4.—(1) The members of a college shall be—
|
|
|
(a) the members of the governing body,
|
|
|
(b) the members of the academic council,
|
|
|
(c) the members of the staff,
|
|
|
(d) the registered students of the college,
|
|
|
(e) the graduates of the college,
|
|
|
(f) such other persons as the governing body may appoint to be members.
|
|
|
(2) Membership of a college under subsection (1) (f) shall continue until the governing body otherwise declares.
