PART II ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY

19.—(1) There shall be a body to be known as An Ghníornhaireacht um Chaomhnú Comhshaoil or, in the English language, the Environmental Protection Agency (in this Act referred to as the Agency) to perform the functions assigned to it by or under this Act.

(2) The Agency shall stand established on such day as the Minister by order appoints.

(3) The Agency shall consist of a Director General and four other directors.
