Amendment of section XXX of Act of 1852.

3.—Section XXX of the Act of 1852 is hereby amended by deleting the words—

“as are in Schedule (C.) to this Act annexed respectively mentioned or referred to”,

and substituting therefor—

“as the Trustees shall from time to time decide”.
