Amendment of Article 40.3 of the Constitution. |
1.—Article 40.3 of the Constitution is hereby amended by the addition thereto, immediately before section 4— | |
(a) in subsection 3° of the Irish text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act; | ||
(b) in subsection 3° of the English text, of a paragraph the text of which is set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act. |
