DUBLIN HARBOUR WORKS (SOUTH SIDE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1991.

I, JOHN P. WILSON, Tánaiste and Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 134 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946) and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), on the application of the Dublin Port and Docks Board and after compliance with section 136 of the said Act, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Harbour Works (South Side) (Amendment) Order, 1991.

2. The Dublin Harbour Works Order (South Side), 1980 ( S.I. No. 351 of 1980 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in Article 4 of "twenty years" for "ten years".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order authorises the Dublin Port and Docks Board to extend the time limit on the Dublin Harbour Works Order, (South Side), Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 351 of 1980 ), for a further 10 years.
