Transfer of staff.

13.—A person who, immediately before the dissolution of the dissolved body, was an officer or servant of the dissolved body shall on the commencement of this section become and be an officer or servant of the Board on terms and conditions not less favourable than those applicable to that person immediately before that commencement.
