Interpretation. |
2.—(1) In this Act— | |
“the Area” means the Temple Bar Area; | ||
“building or premises” includes, where the context allows, a proposed building or premises; | ||
“the Minister”, other than in the Third Schedule , means the Minister for Finance; | ||
“the Temple Bar Area” means the area described in the First Schedule . | ||
(2) In this Act a reference to a Part of an enactment or to a section or Schedule is to a Part or section of this Act or a Schedule to this Act, unless it is indicated that a reference to some other enactment is intended. | ||
(3) In this Act a reference to a subsection, paragraph or subparagraph is to the subsection, paragraph or subparagraph of the provision in which the reference occurs, unless it is indicated that reference to some other provision is intended. |
