Disclosure of information.

15.—(1) A person shall not, without the consent of the Institute, disclose any information obtained by him while performing (or as a result of having performed) duties as a member, or member of the staff of, or an adviser or consultant to the Institute or a member of a committee established pursuant to section 5 of this Act.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £1,000.

(3) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section shall prevent the disclosure of information in a report made to the Institute or by or on behalf of the Institute to the Minister.
