MAXIMUM PRICES (MAGAZINES) (No. 5) ORDER, 1990.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972;, and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 (No. 96 of 1973), hereby orders as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Magazines) (No. 5) Order, 1990.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of November, 1990.

2. The maximum price at which a magazine mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number mentioned in column (1) of the said Schedule may be sold by retail shall be the price mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule at that reference number.

3. The Maximum Prices (Magazines) (No. 4) Order, 1990 ( S.I. No. 256 of 1990 ), is hereby revoked.
