Enforcement of reconstruction orders made by courts outside the State.

36.—(1) Any order made by a court of any country recognised for the purposes of this section and made for or in the course of the reorganisation or reconstruction of a company may be enforced by the High Court in all respects as if the order had been made by the High Court.

(2) When an application is made to the High Court under this section, an office copy of any order sought to be enforced shall be sufficient evidence of the order.

(3) In this section, “company” means a body corporate incorporated outside the State, and “recognised” means recognised by order made by the Minister.
