HEALTH (DELEGATION OF FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1989. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Functions) Order, 1989. 2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health under each of the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order and under any instrument made under any such enactment are hereby delegated to Noel Treacy, Minister of State at the Department of Health. | ||
