Interpretation. |
1.—(1) In this Act— |

“the Act of 1970” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1970 ; |

|
“the Act of 1983” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1983 ; |
||
|
“the Authority” means the Industrial Development Authority; |
||
|
“the Company” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited. |
||
|
(2) The Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited Acts, 1959 to 1986, and this Act shall be construed as one. |
