Short title, construction and collective citation.

4.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Social Welfare (No. 2) Act, 1989.

(2) The Social Welfare Acts, 1981 to 1989, and this Act shall be construed as one.

(3) The collective citation “the Social Welfare Acts, 1981 to 1989” shall include this Act.
