CONTROL OF CLINICAL TRIALS ACT, 1987 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1988.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 19 of the Control of Clinical Trials Act, 1987 (No. 28 of 1987), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Clinical Trials Act, 1987 (Commencement) Order, 1988.

2. So much of the Control of Clinical Trials Act, 1987 as is not in operation on the date of this Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of December, 1988.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring the Control of Clinical Trials Act, 1987 in its entirety into operation on the 6th day of December, 1988.
