VALUATION TRIBUNAL (FEES) REGULATION, 1988.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Valuation Act, 1988 (No. 2 of 1988), hereby make the following Regulation:

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulation, 1988.

2. The fee to be charged in respect of an appeal to the Valuation Tribunal under section 3 (5) of the Valuation Act, 1988 of a class mentioned in column (1) of the following Table shall be the amount specified in column (2) opposite the mention of that class.
