Terms and conditions of tenure of office of chairman of Board. |
6.—(1) Subject to subsections (4) and (7) of section 2 of the Principal Act and section 9 of the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1958 , a chairman of the Board to whom this section applies shall hold office as such chairman upon such terms and subject to such conditions as may be determined from time to time by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance. | |
(2) Subsection (6) of section 2 of the Principal Act shall not apply in relation to a chairman of the Board to whom this section applies. | ||
(3) This section applies to a chairman of the Board appointed to be such chairman after the passing of this Act. |
