Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1988

Amendment of section 25 of Principal Act.

22.—Section 25 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (2) of the following subsections:

“(2) The enactments referred to in subsection (1) of this section are—

(a) section 8 (8) of the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited (Acquisition) Act, 1965 ;

(b) section 6 (2) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927 ;

(c) section 9 (3) of the Transport Act, 1950 ;

(d) section 14 (3) of the Turf (Development) Act, 1946;

(e) Article 9 of the National Rehabilitation Board (Establishment) Order, 1967.

(3) In this section ‘enactment’ includes a statutory instrument.”.
