DUBLIN HARBOUR WORKS (NORTH SIDE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1987.

I, BRENDAN DALY, Minister for the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 134 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Communications (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 91 of 1987 ), on the application of the Dublin Port and Docks Board and after due compliance with section 136 of the said Act, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Harbour Works (North Side) (Amendment) Order, 1987.

2. Article 4 of the Dublin Harbour Works Order (North Side), 1977 ( S.I. No. 338 of 1977 ), shall be construed and have effect as if the reference therein to a period of ten years were a reference to a period of 20 years.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order authorises the Dublin Port and Docks Board to extend the time limit on the Dublin Harbour Works (North Side) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 338 of 1977 ), for a further ten years.
